In this technique, which creates the effect of stretching the skin without surgical operation, PDO (polydioxanone) surgical floss-like threads placed in very thin needles are used. These threads are placed under the skin, in areas with wrinkles and sagging, with the help of micro needles. PDO threads trigger the skin's self-repair system and collagen production by increasing blood circulation in the applied area without causing any unwanted reaction. Although these threads melt away over time, the new tissue formed by the skin around the threads continues to undergo a mesh process that collects the sagging of the skin and creates a stretching effect. The effects of the procedure take its best form within a month or two with the formation process of this connective tissue.
